City Standards Manual
The instructions and directives included in this manual cover the design and construction of streets, alleys, water facilities and sanitary sewer facilities. The City of Monticello is responsible for these and issues this manual as a guideline. The purpose of these Standards is to establish a minimum criterion for design and workmanship.Please Note: The City of Monticello, Indiana reserves the right to add/modify/revise/delete standards and specifications at any time and that project specific specifications, to publicly bid projects, in conflict with city standards shall be brought to the attention of the City Engineer, Public Works Director, or relevant Project Manager.
